Michael Charles Black has practiced maritime and transportation law with the firm since 1995, and is Board Certified as an Admiralty and Maritime lawyer. He became a partner with the firm Cassidy & Black, P.A in 2001 and became the managing partner in 2009. After William E. Cassidy retired at the end of 2017, the firm changed its name to Michael C.
